The purpose of the Fund
is to achieve goals in the field of education, science, culture and sports, support youth policy and youth initiatives, assist in the development of strengthening the material and technical base of the university, including landscaping, updating the library collection, reconstruction and repair of premises, establishing personal grants and scholarships for students, participation in charitable activities, organization, holding or assistance in holding charitable events, providing other material support to university students.

The subject of the Fund's activities are:
- achievement of goals in the field of education, science, culture and sports;
- support for youth policy and youth initiatives;
- assistance in the development of strengthening the material and technical base in the educational buildings and dormitories of the Kyzylorda University named after Korkyt Ata, including the improvement of the territory of the university, the renewal of the library fund, the reconstruction and repair of premises;
- establishment of nominal grants and scholarships for students of Kyzylorda University named after Korkyt Ata;
- participation in charitable activities;
- organizing, holding or assisting in holding charitable events;
- establishing and developing links and contacts with educational organizations and institutions, public associations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign countries, whose activities correspond to the goals of the Foundation, exchange of experience with them;
- assistance in the development and implementation of non-profit projects and programs in the field of education;
- providing practical assistance in organizing developmental seminars and trainings;
- attraction of leading foreign and domestic specialists in order to develop educational programs and science;
- participation in programs for obtaining grants related to the activities of the Foundation;
- engaging in other types of activities not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
